I received an offer for a contract at an amusement park in Germany, specifically at Fort Fun Abenteurerland. This park, located in the picturesque hills, has a long history dating back to 1967 and is built in a Western style. It's a beautiful place where visitors can look forward to plenty of fun and adrenaline-pumping experiences.

The contract was made in collaboration with the Italian company Folco Team (stuntmanindustries.com), with whom I have a long-standing and great relationship. The company is known for specializing in stunt performances with cars and producing stunt scenes for action movies. The company representatives, Patrik and Darix, are my friends, and in the past, we performed a trial & car show together in Norway in 2019 at a park called Tusenfryd.

One of the park's main attractions is the Santa Fé Express, a propane-powered steam train (with a gauge of 914 mm), which is part of a spectacular stunt show inspired by the Wild West. The entire attraction begins at a train station in the middle of the park, where visitors board the train, which has a capacity of about 300 people. The train then goes on a scenic ride around the hill and stops at a small Western town, where the performance takes place. The audience watches the show directly from the train.

The show featured a total of six performers and one technician responsible for the effects and music. The main actor was Steffen, a German who hosted the entire show. In the story, he played an inspector who, along with his assistants (parkour athletes Ross, Federico, and Paolo), visits Western towns to find the most suitable location for holding a rodeo the following year. The entire story was comedic, full of jokes, which made the audience laugh a lot. During the visit to this particular town, the inspector accidentally discovered something unusual, but he had no idea what it was. The town's mayor, Gregory, played the role of my father in the story and told the inspector that it was a motorized horse that runs on coal and steam, just like the Santa Fé Express.

I was tasked with demonstrating how this machine works. I jumped over obstacles, buildings, and even the inspector. In the meantime, Ross, Federico, and Paolo showed off their parkour skills. I ended the show with a backflip. The audience really liked our little town, so together with the inspector, they decided to choose this location for the rodeo. So, we’ll see you again next year at the rodeo!

We performed this show 2 to 4 times a day for 50 days during the summer holidays. It was quite a challenge, and on top of that, I was also riding my bike, covering a total of 1,000 km during my stay in Germany. But it was absolutely fantastic—great people, great memories. I hope I’ll get to do it again in the future! 😊

Erfurter Weihnachtscircus

At the end of the year, I performed at the Erfurter Weihnachtscircus in Germany, a modern Christmas show full of various sports and extreme performances. It was physically and mentally demanding work, and I also went through a virus during that time, but in the end everything worked out – I managed the contract without injuries and with plenty of valuable experiences.

Fort Fun 2025

I experienced another summer full of performances at Germany’s Fort Fun Abenteuerland — this time for the second time, and once again in collaboration with the Italian team Folco. However, the original train-themed Western show was transformed into a new, action-packed steampunk show called Circus Mechanica, right in the middle of the park so more people could see it. We spent 51 days on site nonstop, doing up to three shows a day. It was hard work, but it was worth it.
